StandbyChef were brilliant at catering for my drinks party. The food was delivered on time, in neat boxes with the eats already plated up on very pleasant transparent trays, which made it very easy as they were all beautifully plated up and ready to serve. The trays and boxes were then collected promptly the next day. The food itself was very good and we are would recommend them to others.

The service and all the food was excellent - everyone really enjoyed it and all arrived as expected presents very well. Very good.

These are very special. Surprisingly light and very tasty.

Wish I'd got to try them, but my guests devoured the lot before I could get a taste. Obvious appeal for everyone from veggies to carnivores. Even some dairy-free people will eat goats cheese, so this will be a future staple.

A wonderfully memorable lunch in the garden for 80 people. No surprise, Just look at the ingredients of the Chef: Paco born in Italy , trained in France, worked in Switzerland means you have Italian flair, French encyclopaedic knowledge of food and Swiss precision. A real delight to leave it all up to him - no hesitation to recommend anytime anywhere. My mouth is watering as I write this...the beetroot and goat cheese pasta...yum! And his little trick for the sea bass? Try the chocolate salami for dessert. And let's not forget his really friendly team.

These are very good indeed and very quick and easy to assemble and serve. The burgers have a great chargrilled flavour and are just the right size. The addition of a slice of cheese and a tube of ketchup would make them even better.

We hosted a party for over 100 people at our offices. It was the first time that we had used StandBy Chef but we will certainly use them again. The food was delicious and so easy - it all came in boxes and well presented platters that were ready just to lay out. The service that I received throughout the process was without fault - from the first email and estimate to the delivery guy who collected the trays and boxes the morning after the party. Our guests loved the food (the sausage rolls in particular were very popular!) and I have already recommended the company for another event in the coming months.

StandBy Chef helped us with a BBQ for 70 guests and they did an excellent job! Helpful from beginning until the end. Food was amazing and staff were great. We would definitely recommend them to friends and for sure use them again.

Really fresh and tasty

Not a problem with StandbyChef on hand. From frittata to duck rolls to chicken involtino (with edible pansies on top no less), everything was perfect. The spinach quiches with quails' eggs were gone in no time and the hosts cheese bruschetta were a great addition. They've got something for everyone and for every occasion. But make sure you order the duck rolls!

StandBy Chef did a fantastic job catering my BBQ party. The weather was far from perfect for my party, but they set up everything really quickly all by themselves and then made the most of the good weather when it was around to cook up all the food to keep everyone well stuffed with some absolutely delicious burgers, sausages and chicken breasts. When the weather did turn on us for the worst, they were very quick to bring all the remaining food back inside so that the party was not impacted at all by the failing weather. Would highly recommend them for future events.

Everything perfect

Asparagus was a little too soft for me - I prefer it a little more al dente but a reasonable amount of Parma ham in each portion
