I ordered these towel because a bed and breakfast in West Virginia that we stayed at used them and I feel in love with the fluffiness and softness of the towels. These towels were on back order for several months. I was excited to receive them but they are not of the same quality with the softness and luxury feel that I was expecting. They are very thick and absorb water well but not as fluffy and soft as I experienced at the B & B. I’m not sure if they changed their cotton material with this back order.

Terrible. I received the wrong items (I received king size instead of twin). I had to return the king size before they could send the replacement twins. The items were received and it's been 4 days and the replacement had not been sent. It's almost 2 weeks since I ordered my product and they still haven't sent the replacement items yet. The right thing to do was to send the replacement right away. Such a bummer because I like their products but I'll think twice before ordering again.

Ordering was easy, it arrived quickly and was in great condition. Putting it on the bed was uncomplicated and almost effortless.

The bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are beautiful. They are very large and plush. We are very happy with them. The color is perfect. Delivery was fast.
