The box the desk was shipped in appears to be a bit fragile, and the add-on shelf was snapped completely in half when it arrived. Customer service was quick to respond and ship out a replacement.

The desk converter is good
The desk converter is good and sturdy. Keyboard tray holder is metal and even though it flexes a little is just fine. The delivery was pretty fast and no damage to the unit was found, so the packaging must have improved. Love the desk so far.
