Amazing and fast customer service team! We purchased a stand quite a few months ago and the wheel came off just recently. It looked to be maybe a faulty weld, hard to say. The customer service team was so fast to respond and replace our stand. Thank you, Stand Steady!!

I own one of these, currently with the 2-monitor mount option, and I love it. However, I recently acquired a third monitor, so I called to inquire about changing to a 3-monitor mount option, but was told that Stand Steady does not offer the option to purchase just the 3-monitor mount arm separately from the desk. Hence if I want the 3-monitor mount arm I'd have to buy an entire new desk. Just a friendly suggestion to Stand Steady, you should offer those arms separately so people who buy the desk can change their mind later if they acquire a third monitor.

This was an easy purchase, and timely delivery.

Good they let me know they would be able to send me a return label. I don’t have it yet though.
