Haley is the best customer service person I think I have ever come across. ANYWHERE. She was very knowledgeable and explained each process. I had several questions about the install and we ended up having to email pictures back and forth. Every email was answered within 12 hours. She sent back my photos depicting where the posts needed to go and why.
