I bought a pair of slippers, and they are falling apart. For $60, I expected them to last as long as the last ones I bought, which lasted for 19 years. I have written two emails to the company and have not received a response. Very unprofessional.

GREAT customer service all along the way and I was really impressed at how fast they were delivered. What an awesome company!
