After very little use, the elastic and loop at the heel of the shoe completely tore off. The shoes were comfortable, it's a shame they failed. It was simpler to take them to a charitable organization and donate them than complete the return requirements. I purchased a different brand which I actually like better.

I have rarely done business with any company that is so customer responsive. I had a concern about garden shoes that I purchased and they immediately got back to me, had me send pictures and offered a new pair. My daughters buy only Western Chief rain boots for their children because they last forever and are so reasonably priced. I am a Western Chief customer for life!!!
