Staheekum Slippers
I purchased a new pair of staheekum slippers on Oct 29th of 2022. On Mar21 2023 I noticed the right slipper sole was separating from the upper portion of the slipper. I contacted customer support about the issue and asked for pictures of the slippers and proof of purchase. I did not keep my receipt for the slippers. I assumed they would last at least a year or more, but I did provide a copy of my bank statement that showed where and when I purchased the slippers. I was informed that customer service would need my sales receipt to continue with my warranty claim, and after I explained I didn’t have it, they stopped all communication with me. I owned a pair of LL Bean slippers for 3 years before purchasing this brand. I never had an issue with them. Thank you for reminding me of why I should have purchased another pair of slippers from LL Bean.
