Your online customer service works very well. I received a quick reply and appreciated it. I did not like the answer because you have discontinued a calendar/planner I have used for years. Now I must go to your site and find a different one. I am not a fan of Monthly/Weekly Calendars, but there must be a big need for them. I prefer seeing just the month and do not want to carry a book around with me with the extra pages for the weekly info. But, you have a good product and I hope I can find a smaller monthly (only) calendar like the Four Seasons that is no longer being made. Harriet Frazier

I contacted customer service because my planner I purchased was not coalated correctly and I needed a replacement. Two weeks after I requested a replacement, the planner was still not delivered, so I sent an email. Customer service never responded. When I called back and explained my dilemma, they said they were sorry and would send another. They gave me a tracking number so I would know when to expect it. It arrived in 3 days. Sure wish I was given a tracking number the first time. It was a bit of a headache, but nonetheless I received it and love my planner!

I bought a calendar for my desk when I realized there was a discrepancy with a date or two.. I emailed Blue Sky and the immediately sent me a new calendar!! Will recommend!! 10/10

I purchased a planner not noticing the pages were out of order for multiple months. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement through only a few emails. Fast and friendly service.

I have been using this planner for,three years. But I prefer the 7x9 size and there aren’t that many choices. I have to keep track of multiple doctor appt for my husband so it sits on the kitchen counter,

I received a vague, check-the-block response from your customer service rep that didn’t even make total sense. Furthermore, your automated email system sent this to my address at 0420 hrs. in the morning!

Took a long time to get a response and it wasn't really resolved. Was told to log into the website to resolve the issue, where I can't log in. Never received the email to reset my password. Second question was just told to wait til September.

Customer service was really kind. However, some things need to be worked out on the website. I never received my 10% off for signing up on the news letter and the "place your order" upon check out DOES NOT WORK. Nothing happens when it is clicked. No errors were given or even a loading icon. Just blank. I tired this out on my boyfriend's computer to see if it was mine acting weird, but it wasn't. Something is wrong with the cite. And because I couldn't place an order, I ordered a planner from somewhere else.

Sadly, I don’t get to experience the beautiful teacher planner that I wanted! After placing my order and waiting over a week, I got an email stating that my design was sold out. The only other option was the “professional,” which I did not want. :( The upside is that I got my money refunded very quickly.

Usually buy your products from Amazon - wanted a easel kind of calendar and the lady helping me was great.

I was insulted that I made an honest complaint and was asked to take a picture of the ink on my name. I am going to send the picture to prove as an educator for 33 years I would not lie or make a complaint about a purchase if it wasn't true. I will not order from this company again and will tell everyone in this organization how I was treated. It is embarrassing that a company that advertises about customer service would treat a customer as if they were making a frivolous complaint. This is my first week of school and I still don't have a planner.
