Customer Service has always been great and your planners have served me for many, many years. My negative response is regarding the product, planner, that you no longer produce. The address pages, zip pouch and business card sleeves are no longer included in any of the planners I reviewed for 2019. This is a very important part of a planner for me; and, I am highly disappointed when great products change and I must create my own (very time consuming).

I would like to receive emails about your products or specials. If you ever produce a blue sky hole puncher or know where I can get one similar for inserting perfected sheets, I would like to know. Add me to your mailing list for new products or specials. Thank you. Lee

This is a quality Calendar at a fair price.

I have been very pleased in the past BUT you will be losing me as a customer because you are not making the 4-seasons 5.5 x 8.5 2019 planner. Very disappointed

I have not yet heard back from Blue Sky how to resolve my missing page from my April 2019 calendar. I did receive an ID request # which is: 78324.

So far it's just been replying to an email, I still do not have my product that I ordered.

Somewhere around September 12 I ordered a calendar. I received an email saying it had shipped September 17. Today is October 1 and I still do not have the calendar. I have contacted your customer service department three times and still do not have a calendar. One time your customer service credited the six dollar shipping charge but still I do not have a calendar. They said if they couldn’t find it in the shipping department they would send me a new calendar. As I said I still to this day do not have a calendar. If it doesn’t come this week then I will contact my bank to dispute the $20 charge .remaining since I have not received product. Cheryl Keefe, 10 Scotland Ave. Salem, NH 03079

Had a 5x8 planner this year by Blue Sky that was purchased in a retail store. I was very pleased to find Blue Sky online and able to pick out a new planner for this year. I love the details in the planner and the pockets are the best! It is just the right size for a large handbag and I always have it with me! I have not received it yet, but love the new color and will order again. I had only one problem with my ordering. A pop up kept coming up with a request for my email address and receive 10 percent off 1st order. At check out there was not a place to add this info and it did not come off. I sent a message to you and have received no response except for this questionnaire. I am not concerned about the 10 percent, but I will look at any other offers a little closer. Has Blue Sky considered selling pens or matching note pads to match the planners? I believe they would be a hit, as I am always writing notes and info that I don’t want in my planner and I ALWAYS have A pen in my planner! Thank you so much, Tammy Swafford

I bought a calendar couple of weeks ago and it was missed printed. I contacted Blue Sky and they have sent me a brand new calendar. Thank you so much Blue Sky!!!! Awesome customer service!!!

I'm a regular customer and I buy a stapled monthly calendar/planner every year but wish I could get them much earlier each year, such a pain having to wait till end of September! Again love the product, timing not so good! Clare

I love the Blue Sky Create-Your-Cover style planners. It has the monthly and weekly views and the sturdy covers allows me to customize the front cover while holding documents on the backside. BUT, I can't understand why it takes until mid-Sept. for Blue Sky to release the following calendar (ie, not academic) year calendars. By the time you release a few options, I have a mound of appointment cards for annual doctor appointments, car tune-ups etc. Yes, I could abandon paper calendars entirely, but I'm old school

I have the large Peyton Navy & the small Peyton White. One for my desk & one for my purse. I love them so much. Simple & pretty, they keep me organized. I got them for my daughters too! Customer service was very helpful when I emailed.

I called customer service reporting a small issue with the numbering in my calendar and it was immediately addressed I have no complaints it was exceptional customer service

I purchased a teacher plan book that was collated incorrectly. After contacting customer service, they sent me a new one. It took a little longer then I would have liked and hoped. But, in the end, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction, and they made right the faulty product. Everyone makes mistakes. Thanks Blue Sky for fixing yours. :)
