I have heard how great
I have heard how great staccatos customer service is. I can say I have had good service. After getting the pistol found that it is over sprung. First time I contacted customer service the agent was down right rude. And offered no assistance. Second time I called the fellow was polite could not find the first time I called on record. He couldn’t offer me assistance he at least tried gave me a wrong part number with Dawson. Luckily Dawson called me and inquired about the part I ordered. They advised me that it would not work and got me what I needed. So far I am impressed with Dawson precision customer support, but all I can say is Staccato la is terrible. Probably worst I have seen do sad considering what you pay for a pistol. Hopefully it will improve as of right now I like the pistol don’t love it but can’t recommend Staccato due to customer service. Also signed up for 368 club sihht says you get a gift find out that is no longer true, supposedly get a cupon but never received it as well. All in all not a fan of staccato first gun I bought probably last. Competition is tough I bet master piece arms will be glad to take my money. Probably should have gone to them in the first place. O well I doubt anyone will read this or fix the issues. Hopefully it changes.
