We absolutely LOVE this company. This $150 starter pack was ordered as "no metal or wood items" and a mix of products as well as cost. We got out money worth. Some of the cool pipes they included I would not have taken a chance on.....penching pennies and all....that were super nice. It's got a broad spectrum of all glass items. I also added another $150 of specific piece purchases I needed to replenish and add to my stock. This got me free shipping that took about a week to arrive in Florida. It arrived with three of the items slightly damaged. I emailed customer support and they responded quickly that they would refund or replace upon my preference. I'd already gotten everything lined up and took some pics and video to send them as proof because I was expecting to be grilled over the $5.50 worth of pieces. Thus far, they are the BEST we've ordered from. I'll probably only order my bulk from here and only look elsewhere for specialty items or pieces. We are already cruising the site for our next order!

My order was missed but only by a day and they corrected it and emailed me and upped my delivery with the cost on them. My delivery was on time. My products came in intact, nothing broken, all there, exactly what I wanted. I already have products out on display. My customers have already bought a couple of the products and have plans on buying more. Prices are very reasonable. I sale at a flea market. This was my first shipment so I wanted a rush delivery. I marked my prices a low cost and I am still making a profit even with the price of the rush delivery. I've already referred the website to a friend who does flea markets herself. Stoneleigh thing that ever bums me out is when we get stuff that's broken :-( even though everything is double bubble wrapped and the boxes are double boxed sometimes it still happens. That's nobody's real fault though and you guys always send us new bongs and pipes to replace the broken ones. Thanks
