Took a little longer to get my shipment than expected . However when it got here I was happy with the products included in my package . As far as I can tell there was only 1 broken item in my shipment . I would recommend your website to other vendors in the future .

Selection of glass is low. Need oil burners. Cheaper dry and oil rigs. Spoon selection lacking. Check out some other sites and see what they're doing.

Order took forever to finalize, when it finally did the shipping date keeps changing , I am currently still waiting on my order that was suppose to be here four days ago ! Worst experience, thank god we haven’t opened yet and can hold off , probably will never order from them again !!

I have roughly 9 distributors. We sell online and physically in Atlanta, GA. I order from them all consistently. Out of all of our distributors, I've never, not once, had an issue with the packaging from SPS. I have had damaged items from EVERY other distributor. Broken pipes, busted urine, you name it. Not SPS. I spent $1700 on Quick Fix Plus from one distributor only to have about 35-40 of them crushed or busted because of poor packaging and lack of common sense. With that being said, I am extremely grateful for the care you guys take to package the orders you receive. You guys have good prices, some things may be a little more expensive than my other distributors, but it is worth spending more for the peace of mind knowing it wont be broken or busted! My only complaint: I order a TON of synthetic urine from my other distributors, get more brands and higher stock quantities so I can switch to you guys! Anyway, keep up the amazing work guys and gals!
