I was so pleasantly surprised by my butcher's box, everything from the ridiculously huge chops (get the porterhouse chops if you have a choice) to the moist, flavorful sausage. One of my friends is sensitive to both gluten and onions, so she was sooo stoked to find out that the breakfast sausage we got contained nothing artificial - no fillers or other questionable ingredients. A wonderful, delicious product!

I did an Asian-style red braise on this pork and was pleasantly surprised. You wouldn't think you'd be able to tell the difference from normal pork, what with all the spices that go into a red braise, but the quality of the meat itself makes a big difference. The muscles in this pork held together better and made for a bigger, juicier bite, while at the same time there wasn't all the excess fat I typically get when making this dish. Delicious!

So much better than anything I've bought at a store. Just brined them and slow cooked with favorite sauce. Yum!

Great Flavor! Not overly spiced so that the pork itself is the star.
