Pork loin roasts and the individual pork chops were as good as any we ever had. Suggest buying individual cuts as the butchers box can be hard to sort.

I recently had these chops and I have never had better. Even cold a few days later, they were delicious! I have always thought pork was fine, but this was seriously a revelation. Dear lord.

My kids said after the first bite, "mom where did you get this bacon and can we eat this every day?!". they loved it and so do I. So nice to find a clean bacon with an amazing flavor too!! The cut cooks up perfectly crisp in the oven and I will definitely be ordering more!!

I love the pork chops. They remind of the old days when the meat really has a lot of flavor. I keep them just for myself right now because they are like a special treat! Can't wait until Sproufield expands to beef.

This is my second time ordering the pork chops. The first time I cooked in pressure cooker. I think I let it cook too long and the meat came out pretty tough. i was a little disappointed as I thought that was money down the drain. I then called Sproutfield to try to get some advice to try to save this great tasting piece of milk. From our conversation, I decided to make a mushroom gravy mix and let the pork chop simmer in this for about 45 minutes. Low and behold, the meat was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife So words to the wise, if this ever happens to you try simmering in some kind of sauce. it really works.

This was a birthday gift that certainly impressed! Reports are in that the quality was top-notch, the customer service superior and on-time delivery perfection!

My first order from Sproutfield came in and I went for the pork bratwurst right off the rip. Grilled them with bell peppers and onions with a side of dijon, excellent flavor and texture. Definitely a premium product and experience!

We haven't been home enough to finish all the wonderful Berkshire products from our order and as such are especially pleased with the heavy freezer wrapping. The sausage links have been so versatile and are seasoned enough to be a bit spicy and flavorful in the various dishes I've prepared. Plus no fat to drain off or cause shrinkage like regular store bought. We aren't big meat eaters but appreciate quality in what we do eat. I've used a few links cut into coin like slices and fried to add to my vegetable stir-fry. Today for brunch I cooked up a few links, smothering them with about a cup of salsa then a couple of eggs on top and sprinkled with sharp cheddar cheese. We had bagels but tortillas or tortillas chips would have been good too. The Berkshire pork sausage links added a nice extra bite to the dish. We are big breakfast people so of course have had the sausage links with a regular pancake or eggs breakfast. The sausage links can be tossed into the frying pan and cooked frozen in case you forget to thaw them. It just takes a few extra minutes and be sure to rotate them for even cooking. These Berkshire pork sausage links will be a staple in my freezer. Mary Gallagher

I have purchase four items from Sproutfield, (bacon, ribs, brats, and sausage patties) I did not realize that pork could have such a different flavor from what is purchased in the supermarkets. Sproutfield is the best I have ever had, and my children love it also...they want to know when we are having ribs again...

Had the sausage the other day, its good, the best I ever had, great taste, will be ordering more.

The sausage links are incredibly good. I will be purchasing more of these for sure!

Fantastic Bacon!

My Berkshire bacon was out of this world! You can really notice the difference in quality. I will definitely be ordering from Sproutfield again.

The meats I purchased from Spoutfield were excellent and exceeded my expectations. I used the bacon in various recipes along and the pork chops were outstanding after a short brine then smoked on the grill. Had the ribs on the grill today, regular ribs and bacon wrap, all berkshire pork from sproutfield, excellent, the one son tried to eat them all, they were good...
