I have always experienced fast shipping & puzzles the puzzles & puzzle boxes have always arrived without dings or damage. I am very particular about that.

The 1500 and 2000 piece puzzles do not fit well. With the same general color it is nearly impossible to see what fits and what doesn't. I will not buy these types of puzzles again.

Just as a side note,I was not pleased with the bow looked. The upper right corner of the box was all smashed. Don't know if it was your fault or the shippers.
