Shipping is really good. And pretty fast to your house.

So far, not good. The order (#81724) has apparently been lost in transit, without explanation from UPS or Sprecher. Please let me know as soon as possible if it will be re-sent, and, if so, when.

Some cans seemed flat to tasteless

I gave a 4, because 1, of the bottles opened during shipping (probably UPS's fault) but other than that we are very happy with the purchase 😀

Again, shipping was fast and the packaging was such that there was no chance anything gets broken

I ordered a gallon of Black Cherry syrup on Sept. 9. I received an email that it was on the way. I pulled up the tracking information and found that the label was created but that UPS hadn't received the product yet (I realize this is normal). After five days, the status hadn't changed, so I emailed Customer Service. Currently the status STILL hasn't changed. Customer Service still hasn't gotten back to me. Today I received this survey about my experience. This will be the last product I order from Sprecher.
