I had received a discount because we purchased a product that was actually bad. We tried ordering the Griffin Ginger Beer Mixer and received regular Sprecher Ginger Beer. The satisfactory product, but we were never asked if we would accept a substitution. One of the bottles didn’t even have a label on it. I don’t know what happened to this company‘s quality control, but we purchased a bad product in the compensation was substituted without question. Overall, a poor interaction.

We love Sprecher's, but lately they've gone rather overboard with the frequency of their emails, which is starting to get a bit irritating.

I am so happy you ship your sodas, as I live in NJ. Suggestion: of course I want the bottles to arrive intact, but perhaps consider ditching the styrofoam and use those custom molded (for bottles) paper/cardboard packing clamshells that I’ve received from other vendors who ship liquids in glass bottles. They can be recycled easily and don’t create a mess of styrofoam pieces when you unpack your order.

While products are fine, very disappointed to find items shipped in styrofoam. Will not purchase again under those circumstances.
