Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas with shipping to arrive on time and now over a week after Christmas my FedEx tracking number still reports label created but FedEx Ex has yet to receive anything. Highly disappointing.

Several attempts to email customer service regarding an exchange. All emails bounced back.

Horrible communication and customer service. Actually the customer service is worse than horrible, it is non-existent! I never received my item and there has been zero information coming from Sports Fan Island. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Will I ever receive it?
