My glasses were not completed by the due date promised and Lisa was very supportive each time we spoke. As my big trip departure date got nearer, Lisa followed up on every aspect of the order, including upgrading my expedited shipping (which I initially paid for), to priority overnight shipping. If not for her efforts, and those of my awesome UPS driver Max, I would not have had these prescription sunglasses for my big trip.

They were shipped within communicated timeframe. Total cost CAD 1,000 all in. Reasonable price for what I purchased. Also used them for kayaking. Bought a robber strap to hold them tight on my head. Went u see water and no issues at all. Highly recommend SoortRx.

There was significant delays in my sunglasses (I ordered 1 glasses and 1 sunglasses) due to issues in the lab with "staining". That is fine, and they called me and let me know about the delay which was great. . . but then they said they would rush them through and get them to me. It took several additional weeks before they arrived. I had paid for rush processing and shipping, and I had to spend almost an hour on the phone to get them to refund that fee after the delays. For a $1000 order that contained 2 pairs of glasses. I felt pretty let down. Add to that the lower quality of product than I have had in the past, and I was left wanting.

Excellent alternative to Kaenon

Ordered both clear and sunglasses for playing pickleball. Lightweight frames and exceptional lense clarity upped my game! All I can say is everything was and is fantastic!!!

These glasses are excellent. They're comfortable, sturdy, and lightweight, making them perfect for cycling in any setting. An added bonus is that they hardly smudge at all, so they stay clear even during long rides.

I had an issue with my prescription sunglass lenses I had previously purchased from them. Nothing wrong on their end or mine. Reached out to Sport RX and they were understanding, polite, and helped me beyond measure. Sent my sunglasses in, fixed the issue, and sent my sunglasses back. All without any cost, including shipping, to myself. My sunglasses are amazing!!! I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I love these glasses. Take them fishing and on vacation and get shots I wouldn’t be able to get with my hands full. Picture quality is amazing also.
