Excellent service, the glasses were easy to order and I didn't even have to bring them to a local doctor's office to get them adjusted. They fit perfectly out of the box. But, I have to deduct one star because SportRX doesn't offer direct handling of insurance. That's the only part of the experience that was a hassle, having to fill out a separate insurance reimbursement.

Second pair off glasses ordered for my son. Extremely happy with all aspects: quality lenses, perfect fit, excellent style, and shipping/received faster than expected. Just in time for the new school year. Also, previously purchased prescription glasses and sunglasses for myself. I will continue to order through SportRX in the future. Thank you...

Excellent telephone support.

Easy to deal with … and friendly too. Exceeded my expectations.

I had an old pair or Rayban sunglasses that I was looking to get new lenses for. I ended up getting them, but not one week later I was in an accident and both the lenses that I had just purchased, along with the frames were badly damaged. I reached out to customer service about a possible warranty and to my delight, they immediately replied with a return label. Given how badly the glassed were damaged, my expectation for the repair was low. However, to my surprise, SportRx not only replaced the damaged lenses but also repaired the frame that was holding the lenses. Going above and beyond what was expected. I'd like to shout out Trey in customer service for making this as painless of a process as it could be. They've got a customer for life!

Great job on the glasses and shipping was fast!

Wasn’t able to get glasses due to my astigmatism being over 3.5 ant the Oakley store and so glad this company was able to make them. Makes cycling so much easier!!!

SportRx is the best!

I received help that I couldn't get prescription on frams that I couldn't get. For that, they helped me to view my options for the prescription they have for the frames and I am satisfied.

Never returned the email requesting service on the new glasses

I can see! Thank you! I love them!

Always on point and fast delivery!

Really happy with my new prescription Eyewear.

When I received my new Huckson glasses from SportRx, I immediately noticed that the visual area was much larger than that of my other glasses. These are fairly large frames that don't look unusually large to the non-wearer. If the experience of wearing my old frames is like watching a movie in an older movie theater, the Huckson frames are like watching a film in IMAX. And, functionally, I am able to track a tennis ball and line up my shots more accurately than ever. The Huckson frames rest comfortably on my face and stay in place; they don't shift when I'm running to get to a shot or when I'm suddenly engaged in a lively volley exchange at the net. My prescription transition lenses are spot-on. No notes. I would absolutely recommend these glasses to all of my fellow racket-sports enthusiasts. If SportRx can do this for racket-sports lenses, I'm sure that their other activity-specific frames and designs are equally amazing.

You be great lens maker!! Opticians always do great job over the years.

No hassles for a warranty repair.

My insurance coverage is pretty good but glasses are so expensive these days. It’s nice to have a brand that offers affordable prescription glasses that are great quality. Not my first pair and certainly won’t be my last.

Yes customer service great it got to address on time

So much fun

I can't speak enough about sports RX excellent company not only do they have patience regarding making exactly what you want but incredible people to deal with their customer technicians are awesome..the shipping is also good..3 days from east coast to west coast...I had to wait for a second pair of lenses but that was not their fault do too the lenses didn't fit my frames because apparently they discovered that the frames I purchased from another company were fake...so they sent me a pair of frames with the lenses.. just incredible!!
