The receiver found the chicken noodle soups fresh, hearty and delicious and absolutely loved the included ladle and small ice pack I chose as an additional gift of comfort. I've sent more than a dozen Spoonful of Comfort packages over the years, mostly to friends and family who were ill or recovering from surgery — and they have never once been disappointed. Without exception, every recipient raved about the quality: the soup, rolls, and cookies are all top-notch, and several people went out of their way to mention how beautifully everything is packaged. For a few of the packages I added extras like the cozy fuzzy blanket or the dog treats, and those were a hit too. It isn't the cheapest gift out there, but I've found it costs no more than having flowers delivered — and unlike flowers, this is a gift people genuinely enjoy and remember. It has become my go-to way to let someone know I'm thinking of them.
