When ordering, I used an incorrect address. Customer service was great in getting it changed and delivered. The recipient loved the gift. Said it was really nice and the soup was delicious 😋

As expected

Customer svc is the best

A dear friend of mine went in for surgery. None of us like that at all, so I sent her a feel better Spoonful of Comfort box with her favorite soup (Potato Soup). She was so happy that she was giggling. She said she has never felt so loved and so special. Thank you Spoonful of Comfort! You made her day.

My employee never received her box.

Customer service prompt and helpful. Delivered quickly.

When we send this to our loved ones, they love it, feel the comfort, and let them know we are still thinking of them even from afar

I am blown away at the customer service with this amazing company. I received a shipping delay notification I called company customer service number but didn't get an answer, only because I called before their hours. I did not leave a message when I realized it was early and figured I would call back later.. well, to my surprise, THEY called ME. Courtney called me, saying they missed my call and asked how she could help!! I explained the issue, she immediately placed a new order, guaranteed overnight delivery and was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure the order arrived on time. Thanks to Courtney, it did! Package was well received. Thank you for the excellent customer service and quality products!
