Instead of flowers or fruit, we wanted to send our boss something comforting after his surgery. The box of soup with wild rice was perfect, with cookies for his kids and a candle for his wife! He loved the quotes. Delivery was tracked and on time. Easy and a big hit-we'll do this again!!

Family friends sent us a Spoonful of Comfort in our time of need. It arrived a day late due to UPS shipping issue. Of course, this is August in southern Arizona so by the time the package had been delivered a full day late and in the evening the soup was thawed, ice pack melted, and unsafe to eat. I reached out to Spoonful that the package had arrived late and was no longer safe. Within hours I was contacted by Ramiro with next steps on how they would go about replacing the order. 2 days later a replacement package was sent out. Same thing happened again. The package was delayed by a day and arrived unsafe to consume. I reached out to Spoonful again on how I was disappointed in the shipper. A very prompt response this time came from Victoria. Victoria dug into the issue and found the shipping address had the wrong zip code. The problem was corrected and Spoonful overnighted a replacement to us. This time everything worked out perfect. The product is great. The chicken noodle soup is as good as my homemade soup. The rolls are great and the cookies are a nice, sweet treat with a glass of milk. It meant a ton to us that our family friends sent us this very generous gift, but it also meant a lot the Spoonful of Comfort (Ramiro and Victoria) went above and beyond to correct the issue. You now have a new customer.
