My parents were going through a very rough time, due to illness and my father's recent hospitalization, so we decided to send them a meal from Spoonful of Comfort. Well, most unfortunately, Hurricane Isais came to town on the scheduled delivery day, so when the package arrived late, the ice packets had melted and the soup was no longer cold and my parents were afraid to eat it. Without any request from us, Spoonful of Comfort kept in tough like a boss and, without any request from us, sent a replacement order to my folks. It was not their fault a hurricane came, but they replaced the order anyway. My parents loved the meal and were very grateful to have received it, as it was especially nice to have after the hurricane. Thank you so much! I will no soon forget and I told a lot of people about this. I hope that more than makes up for the extra expense incurred for providing this excellent customer service.

I don't know how in the world you can ship a box soooo fast and have it arrive within two days. Wonderful for a get well, or "need something fast for a birthday. " My brother really liked the idea as a future gift for his wife who is a vegetarian, but I couldn't find a "combo" with two vegetarian soups. Hope he can get a special order through you.

Received the chicken noodle soup from my niece after major surgery. What a wonderful and delicious surprise! Loved it all, the soup, the rolls, and the oatmeal cookies. I am usually picky about my soup but it was some of the best tasting chicken soup I’ve ever had. And so were the rolls and oatmeal cookies. It was so nice knowing that we didn’t have to cook anything, just heat and eat.

The order was filled and shipped within two days. Great service!
