I sent our daughter a birthday soup package. It arrived in time, and not only was she surprised, but she absolutely loved it. I picked out snickerdoodles for the cookies and asked her later if they were as good as mine, she laughed and said they were better! She's a deputy sheriff in Florida and gets home pretty late at night so it was nice to have dinner ready.

Received as a gift for Mother’s Day. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Beautiful packaging, soups were absolutely delicious— much nicer than many good restaurants, the ladle/spoon are wonderful keepsakes. Rolls & cookies were certainly comparable to homemade. Marvelous gift for which I am truly grateful. Five stars plus from me. 😊😊

Not worth the price. I received this which was very thoughtful. Soup is good, cookies are not like the videos. Thin and just ok, nothing special. For 2 containers of soup, six rolls and six cookies is a very expensive gift. This company has a great profit margin based on what it’s costing them to make the soup, rolls and cookies.

I have ordered several times from this company for others and myself. The packaging, quality of products are top notch and they are always delivered promptly. I highly recommend them.

Received for Mother’s Day. Put in freezer as am always sending husband for chicken soup when not feeling so hot. Today was one of those days so I pulled it out. Chicken noodle is probably the best I have ever had. Popped the tools in oven & they are great! Have to agree with other posters the choc chip cookies are just meh. Skip the ladle cute but everybody has one.

Nice to receive for throat cancer while still eating. Those thin crispy dry chocolate chip cookies though… cough, cough, pain. I ordered a package for this coming week and I’m worried they are going to be the same.

I was so touched that my dear friend chose to send this meal to us during a: difficult recovery. The meal arrived with ice packs, carefully boxed, ,and pleasantly displayed. The rolls were moist but a choice of some kind would have been better. The cookies were quite thin but fresh. The chili left a lot to be desired. A new recipe would be ideal. For what this costs and for the joy friends and family expect to be treated to, this chili was cheap, lacked quality ingredients, and did not have the taste of freshness. Please improve this product. Would not order this for a friend. There are better options.

First off, I never want companies like this to fail. As I am in small business marketing, I only put up negative reviews when I think it will help them get better. My wife has brain cancer and went through her surgery and we were extremely thankful to get 3 of these grand packages from our supporters over the last few weeks. On the first one, it was really impressive packaging and felt good, something different and unique. Who doesn't love soup and mac and cheese? Well, first we realized there wasn't much in there for the price we know our supporters paid - a whole bunch of boxes, cold packs and paper, almost concerning level, and I am not an environmentalist by any means. I tried the soup, and it wasn't bad, but really nothing special, and needed salt and pepper. The bread buns were stale, and my kids wouldn't even eat the cookies. Then, day two I tried the Mac and Cheese, and it is truly awful and primarily why I am taking the time to write this. Something was up with the cheese (it wasn't spoiled) selection as the flavor was strange at best, the macaronis were overcooked and sludge, but most importantly, I was sick afterwards for about an hour, needed a nap, and felt like I had just consumed a stick of butter on the recommended small single serving size. Anyway, perhaps it was a one off problem, maybe their JV team made our box. We tried it all again on the second box received a few days later and to our frustration it was the exact same. We rolled our eyes frustrated on the 3rd box received and gave it to the food shelf we volunteer at. We are not picky. We were very surprised. We were excited to try it. We didn't wait or leave it outside by accident. It seems they spent a lot of time with the presentation, but not the food on at least these two or three items. Maybe other stuff is better, I don't know. I hope you figure this out, I truly do. Your personas are likely people like us right now who need meal support. Got my first order as a gift . . Mac and cheese, chili, rolls, cookies. Mac and cheese pretty much had no pasta in it, chili tasted good but had very little Hamburg and beans, rolls were stale, cookies were good, presentation was excellent. I’d say $75 of the $99 was spent on presentation.

I loved the both the garden vegetable and chicken rice soups that were delivered. The gluten free rolls and cookies were very good.

I recently had knee surgery. When I got home I received this amazing gift! The two of us loved all the products so much that we send it to others instead of flowers. For all occasions! You can’t go wrong, the person that receives it, will LOVE it!

I received a gift package of soup. This was my second gift of this. I absolutely loved the first one. Consequently, I sent one as a gift. I was very disappointed in my latest gift. The soup had no flavor, the cookies were soft and crumbled when you held them. The rolls were great.

Good friends sent us this soup package to comfort us during a hard time in our lives. The tomato soup was delicious and the cookies were yummy. Can’t wait to try the vegetable soup. The package was lovely and the ladle was also a very nice touch! Would definitely recommend this soup, rolls and cookie package!

I wrote a review a little while back. Yes, you gave me 3 options but is was for me. With no questions asked, if this was my business I would have sent everything my customer was not happy about! With a 68 million dollar business you say you can’t do that. That’s too bad.

Sent to a friend who needed cheering up. She was so happy with the surprise package from her 3 friends that she was brought to tears. She loved everything that was sent as well as her dog loving the treats we added on. I will definitely use your wonderful happiness packages again. They are delicious and well worth the enjoyment they bring.

This was probably my last order from y’all, which is too bad because the actual food products are quite good. But in January, I sent a box to my SIL, who lives about 40 miles off the tail end of the earth and shipping was $9. 99. Then in May, I sent a box to someone in Pasadena, California…in Los Angeles County…and the $39. 99 shipping charge was explained by some inane excuse implying it was difficult to find a delivery service in this area. REALLY? The streets of Pasadena are filled with delivery trucks, from international to “last mile” delivery services and YOU can’t find one so now I pay an extra $30? No. You can’t find one, so I can find another chicken soup vendor.

Received a Mother’s Day gift from my precious DIL and son. Delicious! Beautifully packaged and a gift to remember. Everything was perfect. Chicken and wild rice soup, chocolate chip cookies, rolls and a beautiful ladle. Plus a lavender sachet. I will be gifting this to others soon!
