The customer support person was excellent in advising in stock and delivery date. It is the toilet itself that had minor issues thankfully are fixable but for the price I shouldn’t have to go to the dollar store for Velcro.

Quick and efficient

Very happy with the fast delivery. I'm using this new pump in replacement of an old Flotec pedestal pump that it is getting old but still working well, (more than 12 years). The Liberty pump arrived properly packed. I just installed yesterday with the new 11/2" piping and new check valve. I filled the pit with water and try the pump. Now, to be serious, I'm waiting for a good fall rain and see in real conditions how it works. In brief, It seems to be a quality product. G. Poch Montréal
