Great spice!

Joe was an incredible customer service representative. I find him highly capable even though we may disagree on marketing strategy. He also has great taste in music outside of Taylor Swift and a love for cinema that few can surpass. On top of that, he is a loving and caring person who deserves to flourish!

Spice Jungle has quality ingredients. A fantastic website, with High Definition Photos that allow you to get a good viewpoint of what you are buying. The photos allow you to see the texture of the product. excellent process to purchase through the website with just a few clicks. the only downside is that when they are out of stock on an item they are out of stock for many months. Leaving customers waiting and waiting. It would help if they took better inventory of stock and purchased accordingly. Otherwise a very good company with good service & products.

Your products are excellent, so fresh and full of flavor. Your customer service is excellent too. I typically receive my orders within days after I placed the order. I also really like your packaging. The products stay fresh.

Did not receive one of two items ordered. My money was refunded. I really just wanted what I ordered. This was not the way to handle a problem.

I am so lucky that SJ is a mile from my home. Their customer service and products are the best. They are always accommodating to my pick-up requests. Why should they ship, when I can grab & go?

Thai chilis were not hot, they were old. Spice Jungle refunded me without any hassle. I would consider buying spices from them again.

great products, easy ordering

I love the wonderful selection and excellent spices that Spice Jungle offers. Also the orders are always delivered quickly and prices are great!

I placed an order that was 3-7 days delivery. That order shipped 8 days after ordering. The order arrived fast after that within a few days. Only to have a package improperly heat sealed. It covered all of my spices and packages and got everywhere in the box. With a ruined sticky order I reached out to customer service. Now they are really nice! They replaced the order with a new one and refunded what they were out of on their website. However, that order has yet to ship and I am wary it will also take a long time. Additionally some of the spices I tried salvaging since they were out of them ( The sumac specifically appear to have some moisture in the bag upon opening for the first time. The spice had some clumping to it!! That is not safe for spices and will surely allow mold growth. ) Any serious spice company should have an overall process smoother/ better / and safer than this ordering process has gone.. At this rate it will be 3 weeks full time from 1st order before I have hopefully a complete order of cleanly packed, some what safe - some what questionable spices in my hands. The worst part is I spent nearly 100$ on glass spice containers to store what I had ordered.

Service is quick and accurate. I enjoy chili powder and smoked paprika very much. Got some habanero salt hoping for something with a real kick. I was sadly disappointed.

Personal interactions, ya’ll are great. But i think you need to have your web ppl do some revisions to your site to make it a little more user friendly. And not have a contact on your website that goes to an unmonitored email. Also i received a review request just like this one , from a “beanilla “ about my recent purchase. I didnt make a purchase from beanilla so i thought maybe there was some fraud until i realized ya’ll appear to be the same company. Again with thinking some web revisions are in order. Also great products !
