Hi Guys I bought a Mavic pro .It did not start out well with the Gimble failing in the first couple of months disappointed as I missed our holiday which is what I got it for. I sent it back for repair and this is where my opinion changed . It was under warranty and was repaired and sent back fixed and have no more trouble. Have used it a lot , Fantastic service , fantastic product and I would recommend DJI products to anyone

I have had several drones The mavic pro is the best drone I have flown I had not flown a drone by camera only before and within a few short flights I was able to fly the drone confidently up to a kilometre away and safely return it to the take off point The crash avoidance is brilliant and the quality of the video is unreal This is a great drone and folds away safely to transport easily

I originally order the standard DJI goggles then upgraded to the racing goggles. I wanted them for Christmas but Sphere were awaiting delivery from supplier. As soon as they were received Sphere immediately posted them. We received the racing goggles in time for Christmas! Thank you for your prompt attention and superb customer service.

I purchased a Phantom drone and received it quickly. Out of the box, the drone was faulty, the gimbal pointed to the right. That's when the hassle began. I knew DJI isn't very customer support friendly and that's why I purchased it through a local reseller. I hoped I would get a replacement within days but am told it will take up to 2 weeks. Very disappointing. Apparently they have to go through the DJI process, however they could have sent me a replacement instantly, and got their stock replaced through the DJI process. So I'm still waiting. On the up side, the customer service staff always responded quickly and were very friendly.
