Slack or no response to emails. Sell products that aren't in stock without notification. Only after sending them a query did I receive a update. Allow you to pay for express postage when it's not possible. Ignore email request to refund express postage costs. Lack of customer care. Poor.

I was initially undecided on what drone to purchase as I've been a Yuneec user for several years and was contemplating moving to DJI, so thought to give Sphere Drones a call. Spoke to Adam who was more than helpful in providing great advice, Adam provided no pressure to purchase, I later jumped online and created an account which made my item selection and purchase seamless, the delivery was sent the next business day. After taking delivery I also required help in some basic functions which I Sphere Drones also helped and guided me through. I'm extremely happy with the way Sphere Drone present themselves in the market, I can't fault them, and look forward in using their services in the near future.

I received my item two days after delivery. Any questions were answered promptly. The item received didn’t include a remote as I expected and felt it would be too difficult for my young son to fly. Sphere Drones were so understanding and offered to refund the drone upon return, no questions asked. Fabulous service!!
