I placed an order on the Spectrum website on 10/05/22 for an in-stock item and it was supposed to ship within one day. However it had not shipped by 10/12/22, so I complained to my account representative. I made it very clear this was an urgent order. He couldn't give me answers and passed me onto someone more senior. Then it was still a few more days because of "a printing issue". The package finally shipped on 10/17/22. Then FedEx delayed the package even though it was at service level Priority Overnight. I finally received the package today 10/19/22. If I could find this chemical elsewhere, I would buy it elsewhere. While this is the worst instance of delays on website orders, it is not the first time! I will NOT order using the website again.

We TRIED to purchase this for cleaing our sterile rooms. We needed it ASAP and after I submitted the order I recieved another e-mail requiring more paperwork to purchase Isopropyl Alcohol for cleaning. We've never had to do this for our normal vendor and because of the urgency we cancelled our order and went through our normal vendor.
Everytime we try to log in with valid credentials, your site keeps rejecting.
Website has improved dramatically compared to last try which ended up as a call to customer support. Thank You

I have been trying to change our address on file maybe 5 times already with no luck. When the pharmacy first opened, we did not get mail and was using residential address which is no longer owned by a shareholder of the company. This has caused unending issues with orders with Spectrum.
