Order process was quite easy and I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the misplaced "your opinion" and accessibility tab/icon that were always in the way, especially when filling out order info; much better to place them on the right side of the screen above the support tab. However that is not the case when using the website on an Iphone.

The service is not what we have received in the past from our rep. We have been charged with outrageous freight rates and not following our PO directions. I do not feel like we have a rep who is there for our company.
