Order process was quite easy and I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the misplaced "your opinion" and accessibility tab/icon that were always in the way, especially when filling out order info; much better to place them on the right side of the screen above the support tab. However that is not the case when using the website on an Iphone.

I haven’t heard a word about my order in a week.

I have reached out several times to see where my order is and now wanting to cancel my order and I have not heard from anyone in over 48 hours.

shipping service is what is the problem not knowing when you are receiving because the dates are changed every time you check the website.

Service was good, but I can not get my Credit Card receipt after many attempts.
