Since purchasing this "new to me" 2020 Tundra Crewmax, I have upgraded the suspension with the TRD Rear Sway-bar and added a Tundra Bed Mat both through Sparks. Sparks shipped the parts next day and everything arrived perfectly packaged and without issue. I had one item in my order that was in back-order status at Toyota, I asked to cancel that part and was immediately refunded with no issues what-so-ever. This organization is top notch in my book.

My experience was awesome with Sparks. I ordered a few parts ahead of the Tacoma's arrival and they were so through that they mailed me to make sure that I indeed wanted one of the parts I ordered that was for a Rav4 before they shipped my order. Going to replace the small knobs for my radio, most places would have just shipped and not bothered to reach out and check. The only thing I wish they could do would be to speed up the arrival process of my truck, been nine months and its sitting in a rail car still :)
