I did not receive the parts I ordered. No phone number to contact Sparks. Sent text and included photos. I was redirected to a new text number, but it would not allow me to send photos. Here's what I ordered, and here's what I received.

I ordered two items over 2 months they are on back order have not actually gotten the items as yet but was told that the items should be available by next week from Toyota. So I am still waiting for the items. I notice the items were shipped today by fedex so that is a plus they did give me updates to get my items

I had an order of several items one of which was a door handle that I ordered the wrong one. They not only emailed me to check on the order to make sure what I was looking for they change the order to the correct door handle. This type of customer service is above and beyond anything that I’ve experienced in the last few years
