if you are new to tooth gems please read the description first. the picture makes it look bigger as if its going to come with a lot of gems and its rarely any, dont get me wrong I LOVED the gems, I just didn't like the false advertisement I expected a lot like the picture when I ordered. the gem tray is the size of my hand

All the items of the order were perfect, except from the 18K Gold Hollow Cap. It runs really small in size, which even in the smallest teeth it seemed really small and not fitting properly. The quality was really nice but unfortunately we can’t use it due to its size.

I love the 18K gold options that you guys have available because they’re all so cute!! However I do wish that they had those small ridges on the back of them to help with the retention.
