Great

One of the best companies I have dealt with in terms of customer service. Everything was made easy from ordering the right products through to delivery.

We just set it up, easy set up, though we may have to adjust the net, it seems a bit off, we might have hooked it in wrong. But, I tried it and it seems to work wonderful and think I will LOVE the trampoline. BUT, I do not love the steps. To stand on the steps and get in through the envelope opening, without standing on the rim of the trampoline is a bit difficult for me. I suppose for kids, it would be fine, but I am 67 and bought it to try and stay in good health. Wider steps would be a big improvement for me, thanks:) We have not attached the anchor kit yet.

Great size and delivery excellent. Boys are living it.

One of the top rails for our trampoline was badly damaged during the shipping process. Customer service was amazing, wrote an email on a Sunday, the following day the issue was already resolved and a replacement part was on its way.
