Because of a terrible almost catastrophic bearing disintegration, I was forced to replace an axle, hubs & related bearings etc. due to the damage. Since I had never upgraded anything on a '96 utility trailer I bought used in '20, I decided to replace the leaf springs and hardware as well. SW had everything I needed to tackle the job, and although I was surprised there was no installation paperwork in any of the 3 separate shipped boxes/axle, it went back together relatively smoothly. Glad I found a company that I could call and be guided through a few questions before ordering, and after receiving the parts. I will say that the axle showing up with no box and only plastic wrap covering the spindles was a little disconcerting, but no damage was found. I would recommend boxing and styrofoaming the ends of the axle to give customers more confidence when the item arrives (imho). All in all, I'm very please and hope the trailer will have many decades of future service. Thanks!

The axles arrives with the first thread damaged during shipment. It wasn’t too hard to repair. The axles ere shipped with incorrect bearing. One call the correct ones were shipped quickly and did not slow the project. Overall a good place to order from.
