My mother really liked the Berrien Set Percale sheets. She said she cried because it reminded her of her mother who would insist on and only use white percale sheets growing up ( 1940’s-1960’s) that she purchased from Varnedoe’s Store in Valdosta .

Awesome sheets

I felt confident reviewing the company site that they are true to their word. You could tell with the packaging that they are a company of families, 100% USA made, smell the cleanliness, and it was re-assuring knowing no chemicals were used. In addition, I was expecting the pure cotton fiber sheets to be rough the first time because I was transitioning from polyester & chemical based sheets. It was soft right out of the box. I thought I might need to wash them 3 times to get them to my liking… I didn’t even have to. So happy with my purchase as a first time buyer. I am buying them for my son’s bed now.
