Bought this Beautiful wonderful smelling neck pillow. eucalyptus. Heated as per tag/label instruction of not to exceed 2 minutes. I followed the outside label and first time put in for 1 minute then added more time for a warm wrap. the next time i put 2 minutes exactly as i knew it needed 2 minutes for warm wrap. the whole house smelt like popcorn. i contacted the company,they said i burnt it and needed to follow instructions sewn to inside of pillow. Now how would anyone know to do that. i never exceeded the two minutes and for the 59. 99. asked if they could send a new insert and they said no. bad experience and not do to anything i did. Owner told me to see if i could return it to salon boutique which i would not do ,but why should they be responsible. owner should have sent a new insert.

I received a 'EUCALYPTUS GREEN CUDDLE NECK PILLOW' for my birthday .... love .. love .. love it. This first time I used it, I fell asleep in the middle of the day -- and this doesn't usually happen for me. It is soooooo relaxing ... you truly feel like you are at a spa ... with this neck pillow. Loved it so much, ordered 1 for my husband. Also, ordered 1 for my grandson who suffers from migraine headaches.... I think this will be MOST helpful for him. Thank you for making this product... my only regret -- is that I didn't have it sooner.
