First off, I would like to mention that the company and staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I ran into an issue with my order and not only were they able to resolve the problem, but they walked me through what to expect. I love the concept of curated boxes and personalized gifts. I also think it's a brilliant idea when you have long distance friendships and relationships. I did a quick google search and a few similar sites popped up for me. I took a few days to compare what each site offers and the array of gift choices. Truly, nothing compared to Something Splendid Co. They genuinely have something for everyone! From BFFs to Groomsmen to new mothers, and that is what sold me! I was able to customize a gift geared towards my BFF and was not limited. In fact, I was introduced to a lot of new and interesting brands. When the gift was received, it was such a fun and pure moment. When my boss asked me to help with small gifts for employee appreciation week, I found Something Splendid during an online search.
