One of the ornaments I received had glue-like "gunk" on it that doesn't come off and looks terrible. I tried to reach out to the company for the past 2 weeks and haven't heard back.

Terrible. $75 on a pair of lightweight plastic cheap looking earrings. And then I check the return policy and I can’t return it? This was a complete waste of my money. I’m beyond upset.
