This rear support bar is the great addition to the free standing Solo Strength system and truly makes it the perfect all around home gym.

Is what I expected. Can do alot of exercises that I normally couldn't do especially squats using the J- hook attachment for using free weights. Band attachments at all different levels and so much more. For me very useful piece of my workout arsenal.

Shipping was very fast. Had it in a few days after ordering. Boxes were sized so I could easily put them over my shoulder and carry them into the house and upstairs.

This is a great accessory that is very useful for us tall people (I'm 6'3"). But you should not only get it because it makes your pull-ups easier, but pushups as well, as it basically allows you to expand the width of your arms in the exercise in both cases to a much more natural distance if you're tall.
