I want to be able to do a pull-up. This bar allows me to hang too. It’s so sturdy…I love it. I can also use my TRX with the pull-up bar there. Love that too.

The Solo Strength Wall Mount is extremely sturdy. I wanted something for my TRX and this works great. However, it’s so much more. I got the jCups so I can now put more weight on the bar if I want to. I also bought the pull up bar. It is my fitness goal to be able to do pull-ups. I love that the upper poles hold my two exercise balls. This rack has really upped my home workouts.

I,m a 72yr male looking to keep my strength and flexibility for my favorite sports golf and kayaking. That's when I discovered the Solo Strength system. It takes up very little space and I can use my own weight and resistance bands to do my exercises. I love the system as it keeps me very flexible and believe it or not I am hitting the golf ball farther then I ever have in 30 yrs of playing golf. The exercises are basically simple to do and believe me in a short 20 minutes you will be huffin and puffin and will feel the workout. If your looking for a outstanding exercise system especially with resistance bands the Solo Strength is it.

I had full intentions on returning this if it didn’t measure to advertisements. But it’s better than expected. In conjunction with TRX straps and bands you need nothing else for strength training.

If you get the SoloStrength, you MUST get the Dip attachment! It's super easy to use and gives you just the right pump. An inexpensive way to get a versatile workout.
