Shipping was above average having arrived a bit sooner than anticipated. More than how fast my SOLI products were shipped, I was pleasantly surprized by how light and compact both the 12-foot shade and the weights were. My petite wife can easily manage lifting both the shade (in its storage bag) and unfilled weight bags from the shore onto our boat, and I can easily handle them with one hand without compromising my footing or balance as I unload/load the boat. WORTH EVERY PENNY! And now that I have a SOLI shade and WATER WEIGHTS I understand the demand for the product and why they sometimes sell out and you have to weight until they're back in stock.

Not a good experience, no one has responded to me about the defective blower that I was sent.

Perfect !

Love the system. Pump and charging cord are critical and could be improved.

My canopy started leaking. After a couple of days I finally heard from support. Told me they would replace the canopy and send a email when it shipped. I’ve been waiting a week for the email. In the mean time no answers to my emails. No support phone number. You would think they would have better support. I have a lot of money invested in this product and accessories.

finally found the perfect outdoor canopy! It's lightweight, super easy to set up, and the shade walls provide excellent coverage. My family absolutely loves it—we plan to use it all the time, whether we're camping or spending the day at the beach. This Soli is definitely coming with us on all our adventures!

Got this to use on the sidelines at Soccer for my son and daughter. So far it’s the perfect addition to our game day setup. I can set up by myself in 5 minutes or under, it’s much easier to carry and the side wall presents the perfect amount of shade. I look forward to many more memories made in the shade.

I hate hassling with the old metal framed canopies! I’ve used them at the beach, concerts, and a lot of outdoor events and every time the frame breaks somewhere! I don’t have to worry about that with Soli’s canopy because it inflates quickly and it is no hassle to set up or take down! I also love the convenience of the zipper walls!

Perfect size and like the material

Ordered and received ahead of schedule. 4 business days to receive

Great

I must say that I’m disappointed in the customer service of this company— upon receiving my tent it happened to fall at a time when my wife’s health has turned very serious— I will not be using this tent in the future at all so I’m trying to return it. It is still in the box. It’s never been opened but I’ve reached out to this company and no one has responded. I’m very disappointed and I am very suspicious. There is no phone number that you can call. As far as I’m concerned, this company doesn’t represent good customer service at all. I would be wary of purchasing from them.

I’m extremely happy with this product

Best part it goes up fast comes down fast does everything as advertised and I would and have recommended it to my friends

Works great.

Fast shipping , great customer service.

Everything was great. Thanks

I bought this for our Florida home. In order to have a shade when we go to the beach. Stability is the biggest need for improvement. Anchors and satiability straps are good but you will need to learn how secure SOLI in all types of sand. Medium to high winds create an interesting situation. The panels, solid or mesh, are great. The solid panels need to have vents to protect the SOLI from wind. Easy setup is the reason I bought it, my wife and daughter are under 5 foot. They were able to setup the SOLI by themselves.

Great product! Use it for the motocross track. Baseball tournaments. Perfect shade.

I was so impressed with Customer Service! I was afraid the Soli wouldn’t arrive in time for our lake trip and I was assisted so amazingly!
