The tent was exactly as advertised. It looks great, the pump worked perfectly, set up was easy and it all fit into the backpack after deflation.

I like the easy setup, take down is good but the roll up is a little challenging but i believe it will get better as I use it. I wish there was a pick-a-boo screened window at the top the solid panel and I wished the panel could zip on both sides. Overall I do like the canopy.

I have been asked by numerous people about this product in just the few times I’ve used it so far. I will be looking for another deal to buy a second one for our beach house!

Fast shipping. Didn’t have the need for any additional service. Recommend they tighten up the instructions. Make it clearer that the pump needs to be charged before first use and the cord for the pump is not interchangeable with any other charging cord. Identify the tent leg with the pump on it perhaps with a different color.

Nice, but expensive for what it is and the backpack is already unraveling after the second use with no option to buy a replacement.

Shipping was above average having arrived a bit sooner than anticipated. More than how fast my SOLI products were shipped, I was pleasantly surprized by how light and compact both the 12-foot shade and the weights were. My petite wife can easily manage lifting both the shade (in its storage bag) and unfilled weight bags from the shore onto our boat, and I can easily handle them with one hand without compromising my footing or balance as I unload/load the boat. WORTH EVERY PENNY! And now that I have a SOLI shade and WATER WEIGHTS I understand the demand for the product and why they sometimes sell out and you have to weight until they're back in stock.

My canopy started leaking. After a couple of days I finally heard from support. Told me they would replace the canopy and send a email when it shipped. I’ve been waiting a week for the email. In the mean time no answers to my emails. No support phone number. You would think they would have better support. I have a lot of money invested in this product and accessories.

finally found the perfect outdoor canopy! It's lightweight, super easy to set up, and the shade walls provide excellent coverage. My family absolutely loves it—we plan to use it all the time, whether we're camping or spending the day at the beach. This Soli is definitely coming with us on all our adventures!

Got this to use on the sidelines at Soccer for my son and daughter. So far it’s the perfect addition to our game day setup. I can set up by myself in 5 minutes or under, it’s much easier to carry and the side wall presents the perfect amount of shade. I look forward to many more memories made in the shade.

I hate hassling with the old metal framed canopies! I’ve used them at the beach, concerts, and a lot of outdoor events and every time the frame breaks somewhere! I don’t have to worry about that with Soli’s canopy because it inflates quickly and it is no hassle to set up or take down! I also love the convenience of the zipper walls!
