I opened the box to my battery and it is four years old. I guess that’s what you call new/old stock but sold to me as brand new. I would like some of my money back or I can return for a refund!

First time buyer. I ordered a Samlex inverter and before it arrived discovered I should have chosen a larger model. I returned the unopened inverter, and was provided with the one I needed.
