My “off the grid” solar system wasn’t working and I could not find any solar company to assist me and I called everyone within a three hour radius. Since I was off the grid they said they all said they would only assist me if I replaced the entire system (and wiring) with their company (estimates about $60k). Finally I heard from a northern VT solar expert that suggested I call Solamp to see if they could assist. Solamp provided top notch customer service and walked me through possible issues. Once we were able to diagnose the issue they provided multiple great options for me to move forward with. After running on a generator last summer as a result of my broken solar, I couldn’t be more grateful to Solamp to helping get it back running better than when I initially installed the system! I will used this company again any time I have a question or need support. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a solar system or looking to switch over to solar and instal a new system.
