Soft Surroundings is always very accomodating with exchanges - I ordered one size in the "On A Scroll" jeans and had to go to the next size down, and Soft Surrondings made the exchange process very easy. I received both the original pairs of jeans and the exchange jeans in reasonable time, and the jeans were well-wrapped for travel. KLF

This item took months to arrive and missed the sesson in which it would've been worn.

I wish there was a way to order online just one item in my cart at a time without having to delete all the other items or have to call on the phone. I have about 10 items in my cart but can only afford to order one a month.
