They were sent promptly & in perfect condition!

Great shoe highly recommend them.

It was easy to return for exchange. Can’t wait to get new pair!

thanks

Good experience.

It would have been nice to have been offered the coupon I used on my original purchase. It was Sofft mistake.

Arrived quickly in excellent condition!

The war shoes were the best! I love this brand and these shoes did not disappoint! I am a teacher and I was able to wear them all day, right out of the box.

Great service - arrived professionally packed! Love this brand - first purchase. I am a happy customer!

Shipping was fine- return on first pair took a long time. Phone customer service was helpful, email customer service wasn't as much.

Quick delivery and boots were in perfect condition. :-)

Comfortable and stylish footwear at areasonable price.

Shipping, service right on schedule.

Easy to do business with!

Shipping has always been excellent! I usually have my order in 5 days.

Great service and the best shoes as usual. ❤️❤️

Very well, a little long to come in.

Great company. I was able to get them on sale even when they weren’t on sale at other sites. I live in a small town and we don’t have a brick and mortar shoe store. So glad to be able to order from Sofft. Shipping was fast and good.

Comfortable & pretty

Exceptional service with quick responses from customer service.
