Shoes are not very comfortable for walking around the city

Thank you for making such high quality shoes that are also stylish and comfortable!!

Shipping, service, beautiful packaging cannot be better. I wish you sold household products, clothes and cosmetics. You get it right all of the time and I personally commend you for providing the type of service that should be implemented by all establishments! Thank you!

Ordered directly this time for the particular color I wanted. Delivered in less time than I thought.

Wow

Very easy to work with

Order a size up bc if they’re too small and if you wear them for one day, they do not take returns. I have a pair of their heels from several years ago that I love, but the quality of leather they use has definitely deteriorated with this recent shoe I bought. The rubber on the heel also wore down significantly after that single day of wear. One of the few companies I still had a little faith in, sad :/. Shipping was average.

I have ordered Sofft shoes for several years and I have never had to return a single pair.

Great it was just a little darker color than we expected.

shoes arrived on time. Love them.

Sofft shoes are my new favorite! The website is easy and their shipping is fast. I don’t know about returns—they’re not getting these beauties back!

I love these shoes.

Shoes arrived on time. Button didn’t work on email to check status nor did I get an email of shipping so I emailed Sofft and got a prompt reply with arrival date.

Need better consistency and availability

Always happy with my Sofft shoes and service.
