I have had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders from a shoulder injury. I have been doing physical therapy and I switch from ice to heat depending on how it feels for the day. This heat pad exceeded my expectations. Not only does it offer a great deal of coverage, but it has a very relaxing weight to it that really lets the heat sink into you. The heat is full of moisture as well, which seems to really permeate onto my skin, making it feel as though you are getting a bit of a sauna treatment as well. A sort of localized sauna, if you will. The added benefit of the extremely pleasant and relaxing scent to it makes me think I'll be using this long after my shoulder is better as a sort of miniature at-home spa.

I like the shape of the wrap- it’s really good for people with neck and shoulder tension from an office job or from working out. This is the best wrap for neck and shoulder heat at the same time that o have used so far. It’s very soft, and the smell of very pleasant. I absolutely love this wrap!

If I could wrap my entire back in this I would!Having said that, it’s actually a really good size. It sits well on my neck and shoulders. But my favorite thing about this wrap is that it is malleable so this wrap is quite versatile for different parts of my body. I was also able to lay it flat on my bed and lie on it when I had a knot in between my shoulder blades. It’s SO soft, too.It’s quite heavy...kinda’ feels like a giant hug and it rested on my shoulders well. I almost wished it even had a snap on the front to close at my neck, but then again I suppose the point is to relax while letting it work,lol!The aromatherapy scent was strong when I first took it out of the bag but it aired out after a couple of hours and is just right now. Satisfied with this product. It does serves its’ purpose well.

I love this blanket! After A LOT of research, I'm glad I chose this weighted blanket instead of going for a different one. There are no leaking beads. It's quiet. It has no chemical smell. The cover is soft and comfortable. The blanket does get a little warm but I'm hoping the cotten cover will help. 7 kgs is on the heavy side for me since I only weigh about 56, but it's still very soothing and comfortable. If they come out with a 4.5kg blanket, I'd be tempted to buy that one too! This blanket has improved my sleep (my Fitbit agrees) and I use it when I'm reading too, just because it's comfortable.

Blanket is great quality and size is good. The weight distribution of the beads distributes evenly across your body. Helps with stress. It kind of feels like you are being hugged. You don't move around in the bed as much.

It is very soothing after a long day of work. It releases my stress. It is not too heavy and I do not get overheated.

I use the blanket at night to help with chronic insomnia. (I've previously tried many remedies, prescription and nonprescription, and nothing has provided long-term relief.) Since I started using it nearly three weeks ago, I've had only one restless night, which is a big improvement. Pros: The weight is comforting and definitely helps to alleviate restlessness and sleeplessness. The weight is distributed evenly, and the ties inside the cover keep the blanket from bunching up. Cons: It's not big enough for my king size bed. The velour cover combined with the weight makes it a little too warm on hot nights. I'm hoping that a cotton cover will help. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Wonderful blanket. It does everything I need it to. I have slept better and longer with this. It’s been such a great purchase. I don’t know why I didn’t buy it sooner.

I purchased weighted blanket for my daughter who have multiple joins and TMJ pain/headche. She does uses almost daily. The only issues is that it's heave and she is unable to carry out to a different places because of her joints pain. She likes to relax in a different places, for that reason I'm planning to purchase another weighted blanket but this time I will try to go with7kg due to its weight, so she can take advantage and use this blanket while watching TV.
