I get tension headaches and migraines. I bought this to see if it would help ease some of the tension in my shoulders. I enjoy using it both hit or cold. The weight is the perfect weight for my shoulders. I’m not a fan of the scent, but love the comfort it offers.

We purchased one for our son and one for our bed. The quality is great and the fabric for the exterior is perfect. Super soft and cuddly.

I really love Sleepist weighted blanket. In my adult years I've developed a bit of insomnia and can't seem to sleep through the night. I also have restless leg syndrome so I have definitely been in the market for one of these weighted blankets. The first night I used it I slept about an hour longer than usual and I noticed my legs felt calmer. The second night I slept another hour longer and by the third night (last night) I slept a glorious 7.5 hours without getting up. This was amazing for me. I think that the evenly distributed weight and softness of the blanket reduces my need to toss and turn and get up all the time. I feel comforted physically and mentally!

It lays on your shoulders like a cape. But I must warn you that it is heavy* and that it retains the heat from the micro for quite a while. I nearly burned myself the first use. Experiment carefully with your micro unit to find the best time to heat it for. I chose this pad over cheaper ones because its shape was best for my area of pain & I wanted it as close to the therapist pads as possible. It is. The cover is thick enough that I do not use a towel under it. It is a great addition to my pain management & worth the cost. * I have caregivers and I let them heat it and place it on me due to its weight.

The blanket was very easy to assemble, even though it was a bit heavy. The material is so soft and has a luxurious feel. I have used it the last 4 nights and have slept very well. The weight of the blanket feels like someone is hugging you tightly, so very comforting. I am going to suggest this blanket to my friend, of whom has a son with autism. Overall, I am extremely pleased.

This blanket was well packaged in a zipped clear bag. I ordered it based on the weight chart recommendation, which turns out to be pretty accurate. It took a few days to get used to the weight. But since the first day of using it, I noticed immediate improvement in my sleep quality. As shown by fitbit results, I had more light and deep sleep with less awake time when I was using the blanket. This is amazing. The fabric material feels smooth, and I can not tell it is actually glass beads inside the blanket. Great workmanship.

This blanket was gifts for my granddaughter. She absolutely love 'em, use it on the couch, in the chair, as well as in the bed. Security, warmth, comfort, those are the words they use. Me, I'd have little use for it. If I needed more weight I'd get another blanket and throw that on the bed. Why, then, did I give it such a high rating? When you have daughters and granddaughters and you make them happy, and they feel warmth and safe and secure? That deserves the highest rating of all, my friend.

First of all the quality of the product is very nice. I was expecting the size a littler bigger or at least normal size pillow, but this one is pretty small and that is the only complaint I have. Reset of it the memory form retains its shape after each use. Manages the pressure will. Design of the pillow is good. If the size would have been a little bigger I would have been even happier.

I use this as a both cold and warm wrap. I personally like it being cold because it cools you down on a hot summer day quickly in a relaxing manner without being that hard-ice feeling.

This weighted blanket was really enjoyable. It was soothing and helped me relax at night. I was also pleasantly surprised by the softness of the duvet cover. Overall I was impressed with this blanket.

I do not have a problem sleeping but really liked the idea of this blanket. 5kgs may not sound like much but it's actually very heavy! Consequently, it's not the kind of blanket you move around (from bed to couch for example). It can be hard to adjust the blanket while sleeping (pulling the blanket up under your chin requires pulling a 5 kgs weight). Still, this blanket is very comfortable overall.

I have noticed that I am not getting up through the night as much using this blanket. I just wish it was bigger (dimension wise) my feet stick out. Overall I am very happy with my purchase, and would buy again

This blanket is great for getting a good night's sleep. I track my sleep and my sleep has improved dramatically with this blanket. My nighttime awakening has been stopped and if I wake up to go to the bathroom it puts me back to sleep more quickly. Why don't we as physicians prescribe this instead of sleeping pills that are ineffective and dangerous? I never learned about this in medical school! I am also glad that Sleepist has used glass beads rather than plastic beads.

It is too heavy. The person I gave it to handed it back to me and said No thank you; it's too heavy. He tried it one time and was not impressed and said he would not be able to tolerate the weight unfortunately.

I became interested in a weighted blanket to help with some recent insomnia and also to help and try to optimize my sleep. After a lot of research (they're expensive!) I finally settled on this one due to it's great reviews (even when run through a fake review spotter site), it's size, and weight. I'm113 kgs so I got the 11 kgs one and it feels great. The duvet feels wonderful and the weight is perfect. I've noticed though that I have started to become acclimated to the weight, so it doesn't feel as heavy as it did during the first few days. Also the weight doesn't spread to the edges as much as I would like it. I don't know if it's necessarily helping with my trouble sleeping but it feels like it is - I love to just lie underneath it and watch Netflix. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a weighted blanket.

Helps get cozy and feel settled in, although it is difficult to use in hotter weather without the AC running.

We purchased this blanket for our 8 year son because he was having night terrors. We thought the soothing pressure of a weighted blanket would help & it did! Our son really likes the blanket & my wife is thinking about getting one for our bed as well.

I bought this weighted blanket for my 4 Year old with Autism. The cover is soft and he loves the texture on it. I can't say that this blanket has improved his sleep (because he generally doesn't sleep), but when he's having a meltdown during the day and I can't calm him down, I'll go get this blanket and cover him with it. It helps so so much for him. He will just lay under it and look so relaxed. That alone is worth it to me!!
